Thank you for your purchase, your support and loyalty to the Everything Life Brings, LLC

We are a Family-Veteran owned company, therefore great customer service is our number one priority. If you have an issue with your order, send an email to contact@everythinglifebrings.com for resolution.

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
 

All image products require visual/ email approval. You will receive a proof of your custom soap. We must receive approval prior to production. There will be no changes allowed after approval has been received. Custom orders are produced exactly as approved.

Processing and shipping is 7-21 business days (usually sooner). Due to COVID-19, there may be delays with USPS and may take slightly longer.

All orders MUST be placed through the website (www.EverythingLifeBrings.com), unless you are making an in-person purchase.

REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of the products; All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable UNLESS it is the fault of Everything Life Brings. LLC

We only use high-quality organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, plants and oils in our products; Final colors may vary.

 

DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home Everything Life Brings, LLC cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the Post Office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged, you will receive a refund on products or items will be resent based on eligibility.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:

If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS! Once a package leaves our headquarters, Alabama, to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.

INVALID ADDRESS:

If you make a mistake on address or somehow miss the package and it is returned to sender we will refund you for the product minus a $5 service fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.

ALLERGIES:

Please review ingredients on all products to avoid allergy issues. Most customers love our products and we appreciate you for trying our organic solutions.
