Alabama Black Expo: Sponsorship Details

Want to get your company noticed by targeting the African- American community?

Your business will have a unique opportunity to market, showcase, sell or promote your company’s product and services to consumers face-to-face. Vendor booth space is on track to sell out in record time!
 

SPONSORSHIP RESERVATIONS: All sponsorship booth reservations are binding and non-refundable. Sponsorship packages must be paid in full to reserve your space.

Late Registration:
Fee applied within 30 days of Expo. Due to print deadlines those registering late will not be a part of the official program guide.

Tax Deductible: 

Participation in the Alabama Black Expo is tax deductible.

Payments Accepted:

Upon completion of Form you will be prompted to the Payment Site to make payment or deposit based on your selections.

  • Participation is tax deductible.

  • Vendor space for the Alabama Black Expo is assigned at the discretion of Everything Life Brings, LLC

  • Vendors must exhibit within the space provided.

  • Vendors will receive a directory listing in the expo guide.

  • Vendors may use their own table and chairs for their space.

  • Alabama Black Expo will promote sponsors’ products/services during the course of the expo; Based on the package selected.

  • Vendors are required to clean up their space after the event.

  • In an effort to enhance you’re the showcase of your products/services, you may provide a door prize.

  • Vendors agree to hold blameless Everything Life Brings, LLC, Step Out And Receive Everything Life Brings Foundation, its members, volunteers and expressly releases Everything Life Brings, LLC and Step Out And Receive Everything Life Brings Foundation from all liability from loss or damage caused to persons or property for any cause whatsoever.

*Sharing tables not allowed all vendors must reserve their own vendor space

*Each Vendor must keep their booth space free of trash / clutter before and after expo.
