Q: Who is eligible to be chosen for Strength of a Rose?

A. Winners are selected based on achievements and community involvement. Extra consideration is given to nominees who are deserving but may not have received top honors. Winners are chosen from a variety of backgrounds, from military service, entrepreneur, nonprofit, career and retiree.

 

Q:  Who does the judging?

A: There is a committee selected by the Publisher.

 

Q:  Can I be nominated or chosen for more than one year?

A:  Yes

 

Q: I have been nominated more than once. Do I need to complete another nomination application?

A. No. If you have been nominated more than once THIS YEAR, there is no need to complete another nomination application. You only need to complete ONE application to be considered.

 

Q: When will winners be announced?

A. At the Strength of a Rose Luncheon on October 25, 2025. All nominees are invited to the celebration.

Q: What are the deadlines?

A. 

Nominations will be held July 6, 2025 to July 20, 2025.

Nomination Letters will be sent to nominees July 21, 2025.

​Nominees must accept nomination to be considered.

Nomination acceptance must be submitted no later than August 1, 2025.

 

Q: What is the attire for the luncheon? 

A. Business Casual. Come camera ready. Winners will be photographed for Everything Life Brings Magazine promotion.
