SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your elb box due to the availability of certain silk flowers, or add-on’s.
Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using items of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-item arrangements, such as an all silk rose or lily, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another.
DELIVERY POLICY:
Please call us at 251-252-9814 with any specific delivery questions.
ex: Delivery addresses outside of the Everything Life Brings delivery area.
A delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each local delivery order, for each address within Everything Life Brings delivery limits. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, please call us at 251-252-9814. We will gladly quote you a delivery fee for address outside of Everything Life Brings delivery limits).
All ELB custom soap orders take a minimum of business 14 days to process.
All orders must be paid in full prior to custom creation and delivery. No COD orders accepted.
All orders are time stamped once Everything Life Brings receives the email for the order.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day on the date of delivery, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this Sunday will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, hospitals or treatment centers cannot be guaranteed. Please call us at 251-252-9814 to let us help you make arrangements for delivery.
We currently do not accept international orders.
