CONTRACTS

 

Written orders for advertising are accepted subject to terms and conditions stated in the standard written contract.

 

Advertising rates are subject to change. Rates are guaranteed for the duration of the original contract.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND CREDITS

 

Cancellations of reserved advertising space will not be accepted after the published closing date.

 

No refunds given. Everything Life Brings, LLC will give credit for alternative advertising space for another publication date. Must be used within six (6) months form cancellation from original publication date. Advertising spaces cannot be transferred to another business entity, individual or group.

 

CLOSING & LATE SUBMISSIONS

 

Advertising reservations are accepted through the closing date, 5 pm. Late block is from the closing date to the 10th day of the closing month. This means: Entry from Closing Day 1 to Closing Day 10 will incur a late fee of $10 per day. Ex. If you wait to submit for advertising space until the 7th day of the closing month... then your late fee is $70.00.  

 

Materials for ads needing production are due on closing or late fee will be applied Everything Life Brings, LLC will not request these items. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to submit items in a timely manner. Proof of advertisement will not be issued under any circumstances due to press release.

 

 

ARTWORK

 

All artwork must be submitting digitally to ensure quality images.

Please submit artwork as a JPEG, PNG or PDF file with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Materials for ads needing production are due on closing or late fee will be applied Everything Life Brings, LLC will not request these items. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to submit items in a timely manner. Proof of advertisement will not be issued under any circumstances due to press release. We have the right to reject any form of artwork that may seem offensive, unlawful, or unethical.
