I understand all ELB Boxes are custom made. ELB Box come with the standard light subtle scent of fresh flowers (Rose & Lilly). I must request custom if would like a different scent. I understand if I would like a custom scent for ELB Box. An ELB Agent will contact you to review your custom ELB Box. All ELB custom orders take a minimum 14 business days to process. PLEASE CHECK ALL THAT APPLY.

I understand there is a delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each local delivery order for each address within Everything Life Brings delivery limits. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, please call us at 251-252-9814. Orders outside of delivery limits will be shipped. We will gladly quote you a delivery fee for address outside of Everything Life Brings delivery limits).
I understand all orders are time stamped once Everything Life Brings receives the email for the order. All orders due for holidays, must be submitted one week prior. ELB does not deliver on holidays. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this Sunday will be delivered the following business day. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, hospitals or treatment centers cannot be guaranteed.
I understand occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your ELB Box due to the availability of certain silk flowers, or add-on’s. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the box, using items of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-item boxes, such as an all silk rose or lily, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another.
I understand all orders must be paid in full prior to creation and delivery. No COD order accepted.
